2012 Model Projects - Coming Soon!

Here are the characters that i am hoping to build through 2012, some models will be made using kits, others will be scratchbuilt using plastikard sheets and other bits and peices from other second hand models.

As usual, work in progress photos will be posted, to keep everyone up to date on the latest progress, so heres hoping that the models will be just as good as my previous works. =)

I'm not really too fussed about who's already done what models, since i am not in league with any other modellers, those that know me well enough, know for a clear fact that i aim to keep the models to the tv series side, but the Railway Series is an exception for some of the characters, like the ones pictured here in this preview.

How will Old Stuck-Up's face look? He does look similar to Diesel 199, although D199 is a Class 46 aaand Old Stuck-Up's a Class 40.

Well, looking at the illustration, i might be able to render 'The Diesels' face for Old Stuck-Up.

I thought you had already done Harvey and Whiff? Or are you doing second versions of them?

The other characters look interesting, particularly the Bluebell pair. I'd love to see how they come out. Will you be keeping true to the books, or will you be gifting them with faces?

I am rather interested in seeing how things go with your projects. :)

Whiff and Harvey are both being redone, the models i built originally were abit too large, so this time i am going to build them better.

@SacredWolfie Nice. If I do decide to make Old-Stuck Up, I might give him a different shade of blue that way nobody would confuse him for D199 even though they are different classes.

@SacredWolfie thanks for telling me because i recntly got the hornby railroad class 40 so i think i will use it as old stuck up i will have to paint the buffer beam red though :)

@SacredWolfie By the way, can you please tell me what colours you used to get the accurate paint shade for the original shape Henry as I too am doing this. Please reply asap.
