This was filmed right after these cories spawned. I did not attempt to hatch any due to the fact I already had too many I was raising from a previous spawning.

  • Mine lay eggs all the time, but I think the other fish eat 'em.

  • yah...in a community tank the other will eat them...I did have a couple hatch in a tank with fish...the eggs dropped into the gravel and hatched...even found a tiny one in the canister filter once..it did survive too :o)

  • no...these seemed to for a few minutes then lost interest or focus...but my albino bristlenose pleco male does

  • where do u put them after they are layed and how do u get them out?? plz give advice it will be greatly apriciated :)

  • they nibble it a little but get some and scrape the alge off with a glass scraper

  • You should have 3+ of them...read up on your fish before you buy.

  • The females are generally more bulky and larger, Males are obviosuly smaller.
