Mandy isn't an actor...she is a singer and in a group called 'The beach girlz' and they have a channel called 'Thebeachgirlztv' but before that mandy was and still is a dancer for miley..in most concerts you'll see mandy dancing in the background for miley..thats how they beacame BFF's..hope this helps!
