After having some problems with my lower back I started to do this workout before and after training to give my lower back a good support (also useful if you have to carry heavy things ;) ).
Ex 1.: 1:31
Ex 2.: 1:50
Ex 3.: 2:34
Ex 4.: 2:50
Ex 5.: 3:07 (other side 3:26)
Ex 6.: 3:32 (other side 3:48)
Ex 7.: 4:13
Ex 8.: 4:44
