Hi everyone this is Greg Massi from motW and while I can't verify whatever e-mail was sent. I can tell you that in no way has any possibility of a reunion tour been discussed at all by the band.

Toby is touring and prepping the new Kayo Dot and I am working hard on my Baliset project so I think the reunion was just to record Part The Second.

As progressive and ahead of their time as maudlin of the Well were, Kayo Dot's entire compositional approach and aesthetic makes them seem juvenile by comparison. As long as all you are looking for is "riff salad," as Toby Driver himself put it so elegantly, you will never be able to appreciate what Kayo Dot are doing. And you'd be missing out on one of the most innovative rock bands out there right now.

@Scarecrow6459 hey man no problem. if you dig some of the stuff Baliset is doing, keep on checking in. We have an EP and album coming out this year that i believe will be our best stuff yet and i feel like motW fans might like it more than our first record. Not saying it will sound like motW but it takes after the Bath/LYBM model of ambitiousness in my humble opinion and I hope it translates well on tape and communicates well with the listener. =)

@Scarecrow6459 sorry to report but no we don't have anything going on in terms of playing live. Everyone lives in different states now and Toby has Kayo Dot and a bunch of other projects and I'm working on Baliset.
