There was not a single episode of this cartoon I did not watch while stoned out of my mind! Really kickass animations for it's time and the storyline was just deeeeeeeep!

Hes just wandering through space, looking for his girlfriend. In addition to that he has the guilt of billions of innocent lives lost because of him. Haha. Poor Surfer.
I does indeed suck how it was canceled. Drafts for the next series episodes were written though, just never saw the light of day.

I remember watching this in Channel 6 in FOX KIDS back in the 90s and it was a pretty deep series kind of boring for my age at that time but good animation.
