Not all dads are like this .I am going to court at this time ive not seen my babys in 6 mths . I long for the day my boys one age 5 and the 2nd 8 years .To have there daddy and best mate back.

Children don't deserved to be given to parents not capable of not being abusive, no matter which genda. Your situation is horrific but i really believe it would be less then 10% in the community, in both gendas. Genda hating groups are destroying us all, with making false claims. It is pretty sad that the government use our kids as pawns. The point being OUR not one person but 2 people and no more then that. Anyhow sorry for your hurt.

I have read how a man has been dispressed and become an alcoholic and refuses to marry etc because his ex, who was given custody in spite of the pleas he made, killed his little girl. It does work both way Katrina, people like you and him and especially the children, do not desrve such atrocities. Good parents do not deserve to have ther children eroded from there life.

He is a vile man for doing such thing but there are also vile women doing the exact same things. I think all the good people, whether they are women or men should come together and fight for the real truth and the real end to the destruction of our children, family and lives.

Katrina, it is sorrowful that these things happen, I can see your pain but you shouldn't just be about women and children. There are also men who are abused, I myself had knives held to my throat and abuse by my mother. Too often the courts DOCS CSA do as they please, in any situation. Ie good parents are taken from there childs life for no reason and false accusations are also made, other then government greed. This man is not all fathers.

I live in the US., I am male. Thius has to stop. Men have no right to torture the women and children they should be responsable for. This is a clear case of the goverment failing you.

Thanks for being so brave and posting this. After years of marrage my exwife started doing things to make me made. I had to leave to elude the mental violence.

Family Court Australia-You don't your job properly. You put children into the arms of child abusers. You destroy lives of decent people. Many damaged children grow up and repeat the cycle of violence. You never suffer the consequences of the awful decisions you made. If only some of these grow up children rob your houses and bash you in future years. Then again, you are so sheltered from the life they lead. Mums out there are trying to make their kids into decent adults but you stop them.

Only 326 views. You child abusers and Judges are just sitting there, laughing thinking that only little meek women are commenting and viewing this. Even strong men hate child abusers. We will come after you! Some of you abusers think that you are even innocent, that you would never hurt a fly. Why it is not legal to kill child abusers? We kill soldiers in war who are force to fight but we can't touch a child abuser.

Once a violent abusive f#$@face have been reported, all visits must be banned. Then the public has the right to deal with this abusive f#$#face. These cowards only hit women and children. I WANT VIOLENT ABUSERS TO DIE!!!!!!!!!!! With intense prolonged PAIN. Yet, this will never match what they did to the mothers and children. Katrina's ex is an alcoholic, that sounds typical. Can't pay maintenance, rent, lawyers, probably needs to beg for grog. We must out him out so that everyone can bash him

Katrina You are very brave and No Child or Mother should have to endure this outrageosly inhumane treatment. The Family Court system has utterly failed and should be abolished.
