(3/16/09) On the fourth anniversary of "Mad Money", Jim Cramer lays out the 'Mad Money Manifesto'--helping regular people become better investors through education. Cramer says his job is "not to tell you what to think, but to teach you how think about the Market like a pro" and as he often cautions, "tips are for waiters".

Jon Stewart obviously had a huge effect upon Cramer. Will he actually become a true economic spokesperson for the people? Only time will tell. But at least it is a step in the right direction. I also enjoy the exposure that the whole topic received because of this 'feud'.
