If you can pardon the poor videography of this video, you can be a part of what was a very powerful nearly 4-minutes in a room of more than 350 people. You will hear the crowd begin standing by the sound of the chairs moving, and then the crowd begins to sing along with pride. The applause was almost overwhelming as the crowd was moved to tears. This is the closing song of the 100th Anniversary Celebration of AMLA, a Slovenian Mutual Benefit Association founded in 1910. In the audience was the Ambassador of Slovenia, H.E. Roman Kirn, the Slovenian Dignitary & his wife, Yuri & Janja Smauc from Maribor, Slovenia, and AMLA President Albert Amigoni and wife & family, and the committees. It was an honor to dine with them and to sing for them and the 100th anniversary celebration - a century of strength and stability. Despite the poor video, I am thrilled it was captured on film as I am the Granddaughter of the founders of the Slovenian National Home on East 80th in Cleveland. I am so proud.
