Your friend doesnt know what he/she is talking about and thats a FACT! I am Canadian and I live in the US, I have seen both sides and its not like that there! In the movie, their in one of the busiest hopitals in the Canada, thats why the waiting room is so packed! Toronto has almost 7 Million people in it, there are only 3 cities in the US with that many people, do some homework!
