To me i think this was alot tougher then fighting Nebilim

It said at the end that they levelled up to a little higher than 180s so probably 180 or maybe lower.

Are you able to jump straight in the air like in ToS? Or is it just move on all directions?

Tactical Commander costume. You get it once you beat nebilim on your 2nd play-through on very hard or unknown. After you've don that, talk to pere, yadda yadda yadda....

I love the chaos of these fights. I was kinda disappointed that they didn't use the "Awkward Justice" battle music for this one. That's the greatest boss music ever IMO.

I did defeat Nebilim on Very Hard this playthrough. Even with Tutti on Luke through the whole game and characters around level 170, I couldn't do more than 1s to Nebilim on Unknown. Next time I play through the game I will try it again on that. Until then, I'll try to upload my very hard video of Nebilim soon.
