Wells Fargo complaint by Torsten Kunert, founder of Rentwave. What a nightmare dealing with this bank and trying to get your money back. It is my opinion that Wells Fargo does not support the small business owner when it comes to online merchant services. If you have a dotcom good luck getting your money back with chargebacks, their customer service is rude and they will not address your complaint, they will send you a standard letter and keep your moneys. I am still fighting for $45,000 in fees owed to me, that is enough to ruin any small business owner. My advice, stay far clear from this bank if you are in the ecommerce or dotcom business. Sorry to hear about this...I'm on your side...This bank is sooooo corrupt and unethical... they do not care at all about human beings and their legal rights...they took my land unlawfully and unethically...and had my cabin trashed out without any due process of law...
