I seem to be having a problem with this mod. I've installed it, but even when I start a new game with just this mod activated, I can't get it to work. I use the console to make my character's strength higher and higher, but I don't get any messages or body changes. Can anyone give me some help?

It needs to be made to wear you can affect women's body shape too. Not just muscle either.
