Gwen, it's unfortunate that people have responded like this. I think it's a good thing that you are doing, ignore the naysayers and be safe. Stay blessed. This is from the goodness of your heart and not for the losers who are writing nonsense on here, sitting in their house and doing nothing to change the world.

I love the difference Coco is making in the world. She is a humanitarian and strives to make the world better for those living with deafblindness. Keep up the good work, Coco!

@RobertsDigital This young woman has a combined hearing & vision impairment. She's a humanitarian w/ altruistic interests & is communicating in American Sign Language, explaining in this video why she's moving to Nigeria- to help est. educational efforts to help indiv's there w/ deafblindness (DB). She is helping make a difference in the world by being an advocate for others w/ DB & speaking at int'l conferences aimed at improving the lives of other individuals w/ DB. :)

@tactiletheworld Excuse me, can you hire a translator to speak what you say?
I can't see what you are trying to say. I have not learned Sign Language, and I can hear well. (I don't know actually, I think because of my computer habits I've gone slightly deaf but it makes no difference).

@cheapestwhips2010 thousands of videos you could see on youtube, why did you click on this link to insult someone less fortunate, who is trying to make a change, you are a very mean person.

who is the president of USA, presently.... There are too many pesimistic individual around. i wonder where this would lead them. Although i dont understand what you are saying in sign language, i appreciate everything about you and what you represent.. At least, you are not depressed like the people that send rude and nasty messages.... Keep it up

@TheLeadStriker NO! Niger is a neighboring country to NIGERIA.
2) Very diplomatic, Gwen... calling me a liar? You have not seen my other vlogs, so I assume you have no clue what I have been going through in order to find information on deafblind education in Africa, as well as the heavily corrupted system in Nigeria. I have no clue as to whether there is a deafblind class out there.... the POLITE way would have been to correct me and tell me that there IS a deafblind class and sent me the information through youtube email... your attitude really stinks.

I usually dont reply to comments but the last 2, I felt I had to reply.
1) This isnt a scam. I have distributed the funds donated to me from other people towards causes such as Association for Sign Language Interpreters of Nigeria, the Kebbi School for the Deaf, HIV/AIDS program in Kaduna and so on.
