Turbulent Decent's rider was probably a little wider coming off of the last turn than he wanted to be. But I don't think it was so wide that it made a difference in the outcome of this race. Zazu just looked like she picked up on the conventional dirt with a quicker turn of foot than Turbulent Decent did to me. Maybe Turbulent Decent is another that's quicker on synthetics than conventional dirt? Either way, Zazu is certainly a great looking filly. Can't wait to see the rematch in the SA Oaks.
