Am I the only person who knows that the guys running along the floor in the beginning of this level can be killed with the Chill Spike?

Block Devil Guide:
Weaknesses: T. Blade, T. Wool, R. Striker.
By the time the blocks start moving, you'll have to avoid the routine (I don't remember it). Now time the time the eye delays in coming out of the center, then attack him with the T. Blade, if you're lucky enough, the 3 knives can hit him. Then you have 2 options:
If he goes up: Use R. Striker, aiming it down to make it ricochet off all walls and to make it's power is strong before hitting him.
-
If he goes down: Throw a T. Wool and let it be until it hits him. The T. Wool will hit him 2 times in a row damaging him more than once.
Then when the eye goes down, his block routine will go on reverse.
Now the eye is down, so stay in the middle and equip the T. Blade. Why? Because...
The eye will lean out the left or right and will make the blocks jump. Jump in your place shooting the knives and the downer knife will hit him. Jump out of the center to evade the jumping blocks and repeat it.

This stage is the only one which is recycle from Mega Man 9 Wily Stage 3 but only with elevator.

lol, 7 E-Tanks.
A good tip to remember is that when R. Striker is ricocheted off walls, ceilings and floors, it becomes stronger. Just arc it off the floor and it'll do more damage to the Block Devil that way, as opposed to shooting it straight ahead.

The one in MM2 isn't part of the Devil family, but the design of the room and the blocks are similar.
