Aw, sadly this didn't work for me. Their video shows up in related search alongside MY video. But MY video doesn't show up in any of the 3 related search pages alongside THEIR video. So basically I didn't help myself out anymore, but did help them get more search results. Maybe YouTube has changed its tag rules since you made this video? Oh, well :/

Very excited to try this! This idea had just occurred to me today, but then I Googled to find out more about it and read somewhere that it can maybe get you in trouble with YouTube. But that was for using someone's channel name as a tag. Your strategy is different - copying their tags. Seems like a more successful, and less risky, idea. Hurray - gonna try it now!!! Great Christmas gift!!!
