Hang on Heiter didn't take any tongues out nor did he remove any teeth from the front segment victim. And if that guy had lost his tongue and teeth he would not be able to speak afterwards. Nonetheless, this musical is actually not significantly more nonsensical than the nasty and distateful film. And the musical has the bonus of not being really revolting.
