I know many grads whm can't find jobs. Maybe there's a shortage at the bedside, becasue people will get burn out after a couple of years.

@lasaludesunderecho I agree, yet it's better than having no job and beats fliping butgers for 8 an hour. Anyway that is the core of nursing, bedside. I've been doing it for well over 10 years, and while it's hard it has its benefits. 4 days off a week and with over time a nurse can bring 100k a year.
Bedside is thae way to start then with experience nurses can move around.

that is a at least 5 year old video, the shortage was bad between 200 and 2007
there is still a shortage for registered nurses in los angles although is not as bad
