"Jack the Giant Killer" tells the story of an ancient war that is reignited when a young farmhand unwittinglyopens a gateway between our world and a fearsome race of giants. Unleashed on the Earth for the first time in centuries, the giants strive to reclaim the land they once lost, forcing the young man, Jack, into the battle of his life to stop them. Has anyone else noticed a recent influx of old fairy tale based movies with dark modern twists on them? Red Riding Hood, Snow White and the Huntsman, Snow White's Mirror Mirror, Jack the Giant Killer... Just sayin' :)

What the hell. If you're going to release Jack and the Bean stalk, call it Jack and the Bean stalk. Do not call it Jack the Giant killer. Jack the Giant killer is a totally different story that is far superior to Jack and the Bean Stalk. I was really disappointed by this trailer because this clearly isn't the delightfully gory tale of a young man and his nearly psychotic affinity for killing Giants. It should be much darker and more along the lines of a Terantino movie. AND NOT INVOLVE BEANS.
