no no no, ahtrun is not one of the strongest... he IS the strongest of all, never defeated when in seed-mode, excellent hand-to-hand and firearms combatant, and machines expert, and cool and sexy, i sooooo love him! athrun! ^^

i dont get why everyone is saying shinn is a whining gay kid....when everyone in the seed series are whinng crying being emo whatever...anyways shinn is the best anyways in melee combat aspecaly compare to kira who is more of a range character

@FoxDemonMaster Yeah we all agree that Shinn's an asshole though we can't blame him too much as Shinn whole family died in front of him. (and seeing his sister's dismembered hand LOL) This probably turned him into a whining gay.

Kira may be my favorite charater in Seed but Athrun is my favorite charater in Seed Destiny he is the only main charater that evolves as the show progresses he always knows why he fights he listens to his heart but still uses his head unlike Shinn who never though about anything important and just did what he was told and just lashed out in anger at anyone he dislikes and makes critial choices without thinking of the concequences for himself or others

To me shinn is the best. I think hes actually the greatest pilot when his mind is clear, which isnt very often unfourtanatly. If his mind wasnt in constant confict he would be unstopable. But that state of constant conflict is what i like about him too, it makes his character more interesting to watch rather then kira whos just sooo perfect and good natured. Athurans not bad, hes a kickass pilot but hes a little boring. Shinn is the most exciting and realistic

My favorite character through out the series was always Kira. Shin was to full of himself and I just strongly disliked him. Athrun was a badass but Kira is still my favorite, he was the first 'good guy' in the series and just kicked ass.

Athrun is the good balance of Kira and Shinn, both of two extremes. He's probably the most sensible character of the CE.
