I see identity as perception. I see myself an an environmentalist. Another may see me as the dude in the back of the class not listening. One cannot be described unless perceived, thus identity in itself is your perception. Identity is sort of an ego. Each individuals ego affects how they will view another and themselves, ego is influenced by morals and experiences; generally life. Beloved quote "When you perceive in the eyes of another, you are not yourself but their ideal image" Serj Tankian

Okay, the video's a little old now, but I really like the point about creating yourself, as opposed to finding yourself.

- Your values. What you hold dear.
- What you do, think.
- Your moral code
Who you think you are. It must be consistent and all-encompassing.
Finding out what you are capable of is important.

shes not stupid she just doesnt talk alot
"Sexy Tania" is just a "CHARACTER" people.
Don't define the "real life" Tania by a "role" she plays on an e-series. All they share is the same name. Its easy to see!!!
Is an actress really a "ho" because she played one in a movie? THINK!!!
Maybe the crew should do a clip on this.
How people misleadingly define others based on the "fictional character" they play.

Yes, kind of. Open-minded, active thinking, putting your vision into practice and hopefully you become a better person more conscious of its needs and true inner goals. Or you just discard it and keep wasting your life on useless stuff that actually don't make you really happy. What's cool is that they just say it. You don't have to give them money, or subscribe to anything or whatever. It just tips and opinions :)
