its a great cobra stretch to do on someone bigger and heavier than you, but its easier to first grab the receivers arms and then stand on the thighs (you get better balance this way).

here on this video we see the therapist lifting the receiver using his strength. thats a big nono in thai massage. its far easier and less tiring to use body weight. instead he could just stretch his knees and fall back a bit. this way u dont risk injury and u have better balance....
