I believe this version is Jennifer Saunders singing. Loads of fountain shows in China (and also India) forgo actual choreography, using a format in which lots of effects, all happening in quick succession, convey the generalized idea of "EXCITING!!" These shows bore me.
Here, WET Design's work, as usual, uses proper choreography - the human element, this takes many hours of programming - coupled with the exciting non-stop action common to fountain shows over there. Beautiful stuff!
