Doug Schofield, California Wintu Indian and member of the American Indian Dance Theatre, really puts on a good show for the Paiute, Washoe and Shoshone Indian people of Northern Nevada, Numaga Days Pow wow 2005. Numaga was a famous Paiute Indian Chief during the Pyramid Lake Indian war. The Pow wow was put on by the Reno - Sparks Indian Colony.

  • The location of the Pow wow is similar to the "Outback" of your country Australia. Housing is encroaching into the area which is high up in the foothills. If you go about 60 miles more you end in the Black Rock desert where they hold Burning Man.
