A sherif in perth has recently been involved in a case of a police officer accused of singing pro ira songs and was being charged with sectarian breach of the peace. What actually happened was the sheriff handed down a ruling to say that boys of the old brigade and other pro ira songs cannot be classed as sectarian as the ira were 'freedom fighters who did not have religous bias'. and this was also on the bbc website, funny how huns don't know that!! PMSL
