The plyometric push up is a great exercise for people who have mastered the basic push up and are looking for a new challenge. Like the basic push up, plyometric push ups are great conditioning for movements such as vaults. However, the plyometric push up further promotes power and explosiveness development. Drill this exercise to take your upper body pushing ability and core tension to the next level.

  • This is such a vicious exercise. Did it as part of workout once and I thought I was going to pass out. Totally awesome though!
