I crashed at the bottom of a steep little hill... my tire slipped into a rut and threw me off. It was pretty lame. Almost lost my iPhone too. I Just started riding... 1st dirtbike, but I've had two Yamaha R6s. Started small so I could learn control with less risk of killing myself. I just got this bike a month or so ago...took it on some real trails once. I'm probably gonna step it up to a 250 four stroke here pretty soon.... does anybody have any suggestions on what to get? Or bikes to avoid? I could finance a new bike, but would rather pay cash and get something a few years old. Any suggestions?

You owned Yamaha R6's? I would go right to a KXF450r or crf450r maybe even the new Yz125's. you ride R6's streetbikes. i own 1 & when i wanted a dirtbike i went right to a CRF450R no problem.

If you are looking for a trail bike and want to keep a kawi i would sugest a klx140l if u want a motocross bike maby a kx100 or kx250f unless u would get any bike good trail bikes are ttr230s and crf230s but its really up to what you use the bike for
