In PSPX4 Mirror and Flip were replaced with "Flip Horizontal" and "Flip Vertical" normally all this really means is that the name changed. But in PSPX4 these new commands also bring new functionality. They are local transforms, which means they only transform the layer within the boundries of that layer. Mirror and Flip performed the transform across the whole image.

This has not been well received and during the beta testing actually broke older scripts that were designed with Mirror and Flip in mind. So Corel gave us the ability to get the old functionality back by changing just one small parameter inside of a script.

This parameter is "TransformLocally." The default value for this parameter is "False" so older scripts won't even know there is a problem. And changing this value makes getting the old functionality very easy.
