it shouldnt be titled as kung fu because there are so many styles of kung fu, some are kickboxing base and some are wrestling based and some are mixed of both.

The 'kung fu' guy was a retard. The other guy, who is apparently a Gracie, had his hands way down in the beginning. All Kung fu guy had to do was execute a simple high kick to the skull of Gracie, and that would have been the end of the fight.
