Ally plays with her food dispenser on a grass-covered paddock. She calmly coaxes hay cubes out of a pasture toy.
The company's website is horseballs.com. I emailed them in 2006 and never received a reply, but maybe you'll have better luck. Then I found mine on eBay. (Valley Vet used to sell them in their catalog, which is where I first saw it, and knew that I had to buy one someday.)
The Pasture Pal is the best treat cylinder I've seen for smaller feed, like pellets. They also used to make a base feeder for it to fit over and spin into, so the pellets wouldn't get mixed into the dirt. I enlarged the holes to feed timothy hay cubes from it. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, it is no longer available.
If you want to dispense alfalfa cubes, the best cylinder (and this one is actually available) is the Amazing Graze. It has one, larger-diameter, dispensing hole, and a nice large lid on one end to load it with. Valley Vet Supply and other places sell them. I'm not affiliated except as a customer with Horseballs or Valley Vet.
In the meantime, maybe try experimenting with cutting holes in an old plastic gallon vinegar bottle, or something like that? It won't last as long, but should be fun! Good luck -- let me know how it turns out when you get a chance. :-) Post a video reply if you can!
I added information about finding these dispenser toys to the video description. Click "more info" at the top of the page to see the details. It was too long to add as a comment.
Also, I found some great ideas for building restricted free-choice HAY feeders recently at Swedish Hoof School's website. Scroll down their page to the "Visit Easy Feeding" link.

@ridingisasport Did you find anything like it? Try either the Amazing Graze for large hay cubes, or the very nifty Nose-It! feeder toy for grain/pellets and small hay cubes.
