Way to go..... I completely agree! This is what I mentioned above. There's institutionalized racism in this country which people call subtle racism.... more women graduate and hold political and non political offices. How many CEO's CFO's Senators, Governors, and State Rep's do the African Americans have?

Give me a break! There are more state representatives, mayors, governors, senators and local politicians who are women than Blacks. Gender is not as big an issue as many women have high powered Political and non-political posts in our country. African Americans are facing institutionalized racism in politics, education and job market because of the lack of economical status, support and care. Race is a bigger issue in 2008 than gender.
