  • Mmmmmmm, mushy green and orange shit.

Seriously, showcase some less vomit-looking food if you want to convince anyone that eating like a rabbit is a good idea. I've had some veggie dishes that look a hell of a lot better on camera than whatever the hell you're holding at the beginning of this video.

  • @ryuuseicha I agree with you. notice my half smirk.

  • with the amount of cows pigs and chickens you "SAVE" from the whole world becoming vegan it doubles the carbon footprint your trying to reduce by let the animals live a cow fart is 1/4 of a car starting its engine so by you not eating that protein that you NEED that comes from JUST meat youre hurting the enviroment more you think

  • @hueyblade there wouldnt be half the cows in existence if we didnt insist on breeding and multiplying the hell out of them for our consumption.

  • how do you get protein if you only eat vegetables? Lacking protein in our diet can cause serious health issues.

  • I have a protein fairy who slips me some protein when i need it. she's like a "friend with protein benefits"

  • @Plomomedia Why didn't you just say that there are other forms of protein, like nuts, and protein in vegetables too. Come on, educate.

  • @bostonviewer Hi, I've never heard this before. Could you give me some more information or reading about meat weakening the body's natural ability to derive protein from plants?

  • @hueyblade Did you even listen to the video? It doesn't talk about saving animals. It's about saving energy. Why is it that he pops a vegetarian idea into his video and all of a sudden you assume it's about being nice to animals when he didn't even mention that?

  • The protein issue is a red herring, so to speak. The physiological fact is that your body diminishes its ability to produce and store protein from other foods if you eat meat all the time. A varied vegetarian diet with whole grains, cooked legumes and/or eggs/dairy gradually re-tools the metabolism to create and store proteins from foods other than meat. This is actually a more efficient and healthier metabolism, as well as being better for the entire planet.

  • who is that fairy? i want her too as my friend.
