i`ve never seen a humble player like him in my entire life.. i`ve met him 4 times in Kuwait.. and my friends even prayed with him in the same mosque.. if i was asked to choose one role model in my life i`d like making it Kolo Toure..

kolo toure is the best defender in the world was bought for 100 grand thats how much ferdinand gets paid in a week haah and toure is still better than him!

People talk about Rio Ferdinand being a fast defender, but I genuinely haven't seen a faster defensive player than Toure, and I certainly haven't seen anyone manage to outpace him - a real testament to this athleticism when you think he has played against the likes of Martins, Ronaldo, Owen etc. A truly world class defender.

Well I didn't watch the ANC myself but I still am right. The answer is no one as of when I asked. And consider also that he was still shaking off some nasty injury. A healthy Toure is invicible.

People talk of fast players but can anyone tell me ANY player that ever outpaced Kolo or beaten him on a fifty_fifty ball.He is also strong, slides like a SLIDERS and gives all his heart for the team. In my opinion the Arsenal armband is not in the best hands. Thank goodness all Arsenal fans like (or love) him. Go Kolo.
