The man talking in the middle is taken from a caller on the popular radio show coast to coast AM in the late 90's. It is one of the most famous interviews on the show mostly because he claimed to be an employee of Area 51, and he said the Government was tracking him down, but while he was talking on the show the entire radio station shut down for no known reason, I hadent ever happened before.
