the only thing that sounds even vaguely similar in wong's song is the refrain.
that doesn't make baschi's song stolen and i don't think she's known well enough internationally for baschi to have heard her song and stolen it.

Well, Faye Wong is much more famous than Baschi and the song I am mentioning was written in 1997.

true. but the point i'm trying to make is that i doubt baschi ever heard that song. and while faye's song has a nice tune, the only thing that sounds a bit similar to baschi's song is her refrain, in other words, i don't think the songs have enough similarity that would merit a legal case. but that's just my opinion.
