Sound of Hope Radio allowed me to upload some of their Radio broadcasts. Their english program is actually quite broad and they have many news broadcasts. I can only upload a little, so check out their website: http://sohnetwork.com

In this Bulletin

- Flawed software bolstered by false interview;
- The Toyoda prince takes the helm; and
- Canada further condemns the Iranian regime.

But first, heres our SOH focus on China
**********************
A fake interview was made on the In Focus program on the CCTV network, to promote the green dam software, the latest piece of propaganda software in the arsenal of control and monitor devices made by the CCP. The supposedly independent interviewee reported damage done to a friend by surfing for pornography on the google search engine.

The interviewee, Goa Yee was soon uncovered as one of the interns of the network and confessed that his report was fake. Independent computer techs have found the green dam software full of tracking devices for password etc, but the CCP says it is to stop youth looking up pornography and other harmful materials.

A Chinese-Dutch citizen, Guo Ping, has reported to the Epoch Times that she has been kidnapped twice by CCP agents while tour guiding in Beijing. They detained her for up to 15 hours of interrogation because of her practice of Falun Gong.

Miss Ping shared that on the second occasion, on May 21st, after she refused again to go along with their illegal actions, they threatened her family by bringing her brother to the hotel room. Miss Ping said that she can see clearly that the government is fearful that the truth of the terrible persecution that they are inflicting of Falun Gong practitioners may be uncovered around the world.

And now for the rest of todays Asia Cast
**********************
The Toyota Company is returning to its roots. Akio Toyoda, the grandson of company founder Kiichiro Toyoda, was formally approved as president of Toyota Motor Corp. on Tuesday by the company board.

Toyota has weathered the financial storm better than others, yet has still claimed a 7.7 billion dollar loss just in the first 3 months of this year. Akio has been named the prince by Japanese media, and the outlook from the media has shown a getting back to basics for Toyotas future and recent Presidential decision.

News is being uncovered about a possible double edged sword that China is playing in the North Korean issues. A high-ranking North Korean official was spotted arriving in Beijing on June 13. The source of the information, a South Korean diplomat, indicated that this official is related to the newly appointed successors mother, Ko Young-hee.

Even though the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) strongly condemned North Koreas launch of a nuclear weapon, the frequent visits to China from North Koreas high-ranking officials reveal the double-sided role of the CCP in the international community.

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has announced that the traditional Muslim garment, the burka, is not welcome to be worn in France. He stated that the issue of this garment, that covers a woman from the top of her head all the way to her feet, is not a religious one. Sarkozy stated that it is an issue of a womans freedom for the garment shows subservience.

Sarkozy stated that France cannot accept women trapped behind a fence, cut off from social life and deprived of any identity. He stated that this is not the idea that France has of a womans dignity. He urged the parliament to debate the issue further.

Stephen Harper, Canadian Prime Minister, condemned on Monday what he said was Tehrans totally unacceptable use of brute force and intimidation to deal with peaceful protests. He stated that the regime had used brute force and intimidation to deal with peaceful protests regarding the serious and legitimate accusations of fraud in the recent elections.

Iranian state television said 10 people were killed and more than 100 wounded in demonstrations on Saturday in Tehran over a disputed June 12 presidential election. In February, Harper said the Iranian regime had an ideology that is obviously evil.
