paneer chopli kabab, chopli roti, and salad

for the people whole think the name is haram
(the way i wrote "chapl" is not in the foot way,
chap means to cut everything that is in the kabab.
this was named 100s of years)
just saying if people dont know li was the areas name when it started
paneer chapli kabab, roti, and salad

recipe
half kg qeema keema
1/2 cup of chese
1 chop onion
1 chopt tomato
1 tsp crusd red chili
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp ajwain
salt to tast
2 chopt green chili
2 eggs
4 tbs flour besan

Pashtoons never called it chopli because ingredients are chopped
