@divaslimdown also, I lost 65 lbs and unfortunately regained it. With that weight loss, I had to exercise like crazy! Now I can exercise less and still lose about the same amount of weight - crazy. I know my body may adjust and, or I'll hit a plateau, but for now, I'm enjoying the ride! Lol. I was in gym before, now I'm mainly walking steep hills outside.
@divaslimdown I weigh just about daily, too. But, with the knowledge that I show my biggest decreases after several days of exercise followed by a day or even two of rest. Rest is vital to muscle recovery.
