Movement with silk scarves for young children

Mr. C. (Harold Christensen) demonstrates a favorite follow the leader activity that he developed during his 40 years as a physical education teacher. He has three young children demonstrate different ways that you can move using silk scarves. These are especially nice with very young children as they are easy to hold on to, and when they drop to the floor, do not roll away. Students move according to the direction, and then show creative ways to move using the scarves. Two children demonstrate a mirroring exercise, and then they show how you can use the scarves to create different shapes.
