Optimum Online Boost "update"

This is a speed test of my optimum online boost service.. I'm really happy with it, at max speed I can reach as much as 32mbps.

Don't waste your money on speeds you already get. If your internet is slow have those clowns replace the modem with their newer models which have way better speeds..

Would you say that this is worth the extra $10 / $15 a month? For me it would be $10.

It's not worth it in my opinion. I haven't seen much improvements in speeds, the downloads seemed to be slightly different in the smallest amount. In fact, I called in about a month ago and canceled the boost.. The fastest I got with the speed testing was 33mbps down which surprised me, but when actually using it I wasn't too impressed..

i used to have 18 speed, then the whole neighborhood was reduced to about 7, so i paid for boost and went back to 18, on a good day, but then it slowly dropped to 7 again. they said they could not do anything...funny thing is, the day i called them to say i was quitting my speed suddenly was 27k, no joke, proof boost is a rip off. now i have fios, i pay for 15, i get 14 to 18 all the time

@Smithjade87 you don't need it if all you do is facebook and youtube and whatnot, but if you do a lot of torrenting, multitasking, or you have like 3-4 computers in the house, it might be a good idea. i'm getting it on the 30th because i just got a better job and i want to go overkill haha.
