Virgin pretendolino leaving Milton Keynes

After bringing me home from Birmingham Intl, I ran to the end of the platform to video it leave non-stop tp London Euston, this was the 17:19 departure from Milton Keynes, running 10mins late, because it cant keep up with the pendolino's timetable. The engine, EWS liveried 90020.

Why do they never have a Virgin Trains painted Engine Carriage at the back of the Pentendolinos?

Dont know to be honest, they just always use EWS coloured engines.

@rachaelmatt Because they are used by EWS and FGW Saturday-Thursday and this doesnt make much sence to have them in Virgin colours

The locomotives arent actually owned by Virgin, their just on lease from DB Schenker. Virgin thinks its cheaper to rent locomotives rather than buy their own!
