After bringing me home from Birmingham Intl, I ran to the end of the platform to video it leave non-stop tp London Euston, this was the 17:19 departure from Milton Keynes, running 10mins late, because it cant keep up with the pendolino's timetable. The engine, EWS liveried 90020.

  • Very good, I was having a refresher that week so was on it earlier in the day.

  • @englischlokfuehrer I can get on it for free

  • Why do they never have a Virgin Trains painted Engine Carriage at the back of the Pentendolinos?

  • Dont know to be honest, they just always use EWS coloured engines.

  • @rachaelmatt Because they are used by EWS and FGW Saturday-Thursday and this doesnt make much sence to have them in Virgin colours

  • Nice vid of the Pretendolino! 5*

  • great video

  • Great vid m8!! Love the Pretendolino, shame I didnt see it when I was up there. =-/

  • The locomotives arent actually owned by Virgin, their just on lease from DB Schenker. Virgin thinks its cheaper to rent locomotives rather than buy their own!

  • nice video mate 5*
