Lev20:13 Are you suggesting that we kill the gays? The bible says right here that we should. Have you ever studied any other religion? How and WHY did you become a Christian?

And doesn't God have the right to determine what is and is not acceptable? The bible does not excuse Fornication either. The bible clearly condemns sex outside of the marriage arrangement. A serial pedophile is often said to not be able to control his wrong doing, yet that does not make it right does it?

@hortont3 oh lord! A pedophile preys on children. This is not two consenting adults. That's a poor argument. I am not even sure what you are comparing here? God DOES decide what is wrong and what is right. Slavery, child abuse, rape, murder, pillage are all condoned by God in the Bible. Did you watch the video? How about all the Christians in the world go after fornicators and divorcees? Have you studied any other religion? Read any other religious manuscript/book?

Patrickm100 it is very unfortunate that most people do simply accept whatever it is that they are told or handed down from generation to generation without verifying the information. And no I was not trying to rhyme. However you have taken scriptures out of context. 1Corinthians 11:3 is a good example. It is not talking about being a tyrant over a woman because the bible also says this at Ephesians 5:25, 28, 29. Now the meaning is a little clearer. It is in now way degrading now is it?

@hortont3 Thanks for your input and for pointing out another contradicting part of the bible. There is no getting around Conrinthians 11:3. Read the whole paragraph, it's very clear. Women are under men and a woman's hair is her glory. Ephesians does say to love your wife. Great, love her all ya want, but also let her know you rule over her. It is still degrading.
