You can use this workout as a warm up or incorporate into your workout.
3 simple moves: Jumping Jacks, Punches & Squats
Complete 10 reps, then down to 9, 8, 7 till you reach 1 then repeat using weights.
All you need is a set of weights 2-5 lbs.
