I Just Want You To Know // Chapter 43

Xavier massaged her back and watched her fall asleep. He thought she looked beautiful in his shirt, asleep on his bed. He would stroke her hair sometimes and he even began to think about their future. He imagined coming home to her after a hard day of work. He would walk into the kitchen and see her cooking dinner; she would walk over to him and hug him, asking how his day went. They would sit down together for dinner and afterwards curl up on the couch while they watched tv or as he did paperwork. Before bed they would clean up the kitchen together and take turns showering and changing into their pjs. Finally they would lie down beside each other and fall asleep in each other's arms. Of course that was just the "newly wed" stage, after a couple of years they would sit down and talk about starting a family. He thought about it and chuckled; he could see himself coming home to Tyler and her being all bubbly. He would ask if she was ok and she would say yes. Later that night, while he was working she would come in and sit in his lap. She would smile and hand him the test. It would be positive and they would celebrate. They would later tell her parents and then his and before they would know it they would have a little baby. It didn't matter whether it was a boy or girl to him, all he wanted was a healthy baby. They would have more children throughout the years. Sooner or later they would all head off to college and begin families of their own. He smiled as he thought about them growing old together, sitting on the front porch watching the sun go down.

He snuggled closer to her. He had never thought about something like that before, of course he had his dreams but this was really deep for him. He knew he was in love because last night was magical. They started of slow but as they sped up Tyler began to cry. He knew she was having mixed emotions so he stopped and just held her. After she was calm they talked about it and agree to keep going. The whole time his mind was on rewind. He went all the way back to when he first met her at the river, and traveled all the way up to that moment. It amazed him at how much had happened in just one summer. Before he knew it he was asleep beside her, letting his mind wander off to his dreams.

Mrs. Stevens- Xavier, Xavier wake up
Xavier- *rolls over* ma'am?
Mrs. Stevens- get up it's almost 2 in the afternoon
Xavier- yes ma'am... wait where's Tyler?
Mrs. Stevens- she's in the bathroom
Xavier- ok, did she just wake up too?
Mrs. Stevens- yes now get up *closes his door and walks back down stairs*
Xavier- *sits up and stretches* ok I'll get up
Tyler- *opens his door and walks over to the bed*
Xavier- *smiles* you're so cute
Tyler- *giggles and sits down beside him*
Xavier- *looks around his room* oh crap! I'm such an idiot! *runs over to his computer and hits the connect button* please be there...
Logan- *appears on the screen* it's about time little man, I thought you forgot about me
Xavier- *smiles* I'm sorry I did
Logan- *laughs* it's ok I was busy anyways
Xavier- so how have you been?
Logan- good I'm beginning to pack now it's gonna take me a while
Xavier- what do you mean it's just a little suitcase
Logan- nope not this time
Xavier- whoa whoa whoa, wait is this your last term?
Logan- *nods* yep I'm coming home for good next week
Xavier- *smiles and tears up* for good?
Logan- mhm *smiles* I'm gonna finish up college and get a good job and hopefully begin starting a family
Xavier- *sniffles and laughs* aww, man why didn't you tell me?
Logan- I wanted to surprise you but I just couldn't hold it in anymore
Xavier- *smiles* gosh I can't wait
Logan- neither can I, oh hey is that Tyler in the background?
Xavier- yeah, wanna talk to her?
Logan- sure
Xavier- Tyler, baby come here
Tyler- *walks over to him* yeah?
Xavier- sit down *smiles*
Tyler- *sits beside him* hey Logan
Logan- hey how's it going?
Tyler- good *smiles* you?
Logan- great, so are you keeping him straight?
Tyler- of course *holds his hand and squeezes it*
Xavier- *smiles*
Logan- *laughs* ya'll are so cute
Xavier- *blushes* anyways... *laughs* Tyler's mom is coming down the same day you are
Logan- cool, wait does that mean you won't be here?
Tyler- were not sure yet. She says she has a big decision for us to make but she won't say anything more
Logan- dang
Xavier- but Tyler thought it would be cool to have a big family barbeque
Logan- oh yea! I'm grilling baby!
Tyler- *laughs* well I guess we found our chef
Xavier- yea now all we need is dessert and guest
Tyler- I'll do dessert
Xavier- alright then were good
Tyler- *smiles* this is gonna be awesome!
Logan- *laughs* hey guys I'll talk to ya'll later I got to go do something really quick
Xavier- alright love you
Logan- love you too, bye Tyler
Tyler- bye
Xavier- bye *clicks off*
