I don't know whether this is a nice thing they did for the band, or if its mean. I would rather not have fans than to have people act like my fans. I wouldn't want it to be fake.
@IsupremeI I totally agree and completely understand what you are saying. I am in two minds as well. I just hope they are aware it was improv that gave them publicity rather than word of mouth about their talent.
Actually, the band didn't feel better at all. You really should listen to or watch the episode of "This American Life" covering the event.
