my buddys 350z at a car show the other day
he has way to many mods but his highlights are:
4in straight pipe
Carbon fiber trunk and hood
APS Single turbo kit w/ GT35 turbo
Slammed on the ground suspension
offset custon powder coated wheels\

great car hopefully i might get a ride in it later this year

Heavy ass rims killed it (in a bad way) for me, those should be on a Lexus not a Z -_-

@AngelOfNight9 yea i do agree but they were Veilside wheels that were going to match his wide body he was planning on buying but the motor went first so 2jz became a priority and he has some Volk/Nismo wheels when he gets his car back in March :)

@dlightswitch its actually an inside joke mainly for the owner of the car. his car when it had the vq35 in it always had problems and never ran properly. i always asked for a ride but it kept on breaking and shit so i never could. so now that he has a 2jz im hoping that his car will work perfectly

@CIKO32123 well i thank you for commenting but he doesnt have to worry about the ticking any more,  he is getting a 2jz swap as we speak if you have a facebook check it out on Shifted Performance's page and see the photos of his car in progress

@r35killa he should check the timing belt and if it has enough engine oil... the timing CHAIN was the problem with my VW golf. (had the 1.8L 4 cylinder turbocharged engine from the 180sx in it, but blew the motor half a year ago. :( ... ) man i miss this car. so much money was in that beast. what a sleeper. i can upload some old videos of the engine ticking with the timing chain problems if you want to. sounds pretty similar to that.
