@DasBaumDeluxe It was the German invasion of Belgium that violated the guarantees of the western allies and brought Britain, France and Russia into the war. Before that it was just diplomatic maneuvering.

@warmadscot America lost in vietnam because the politicians lost their nerve. The American military was not defeated on the battlefield. Germany, on the other hand, started the two world wars in Europe and got what it deserved.

Wer die Amerikaner als Vorbild ansieht ist geistig Minderbemittelt. Demokratie ist etwas anderes wie das was Amerika vor lebt. Beisp. Allmacht der Cheriffs, Unterdrückung der Schwarzen, das vom Zaun brechen vieler Kriege auf der ganzen Welt u.s.w. !!!!

Na ja, bei Stalingrad war keine SS divsion im Kampf. Die Waffen SS hatte sehr gute Winterbekleidung und ab Feb 1943 auch jeder deutsche soldat. Nein, der Hauptgrund sind wohl die "Durchhaltebefehle von Hitler".Hätte er doch seinen Offizieren die viel besser drauskamen als er die Schlachten überlassen, Leute wie Manstein würden (und haben ja fast) die Sovjets bis 1943 platt machen. Doch Hitler meinte ja immer er wüsste alles besser und wer als Offizier reklamierte, der hatte es nicht gut.
