A photostory showing how I constructed a swing bridge from a plank and some uPVC trim (25mm x 25mm angle). The whole thing cost me less than 20 UKP and a day to build from scratch. My garden railway is built to a scale of (roughly) 16mm to the foot and uses 45mm track (G gauge). The bridge was based on the original swing bridge on the Southwold Railway. For more detailed information on constructing the bridge and more about my railway see http://www.riksrailway.blogspot.com The music (Porch Swing Days (Faster) was provided by Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) and licensed under Creative Commons "Attribution 3.0" http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
