Carl Person's Real Stimulus Plan for America

Carl Person, intrepid attorney, held a press conference Feb 13th 10:00 a.m., on the courthouse steps, 60 Centre Street, New York, NY to announce how 10,000,000 jobs can be created at a cost of $100 each (or a total of $1 billion), and how a no-tuition (or low-tuition) equivalency college can be created for every community in the US at little or no cost to the federal, state or local government.
Gizella Weisshaus, Auschwitz survivor who has been warning that conditions in this country are going a way she lived through in the past "They are taking away property illegally worse than in Nazi Germany". As a dedicated self starter she listens to Carl's ideas as well as DMT God 3.0 who has new software for a more successful global economic and foreign policy.
Joe Friendly's came a bit late to Carl Person's press conference explaining a real stimulus plan that no mainstream press would cover (as one member of the press once told Carl "Why do you keep sending us these announcements? You know we are not allowed to print what you say.")!
